NOW OPEN: Third Cannes Screenplay List presented by MUBI!
Happy Women's Month everyone!
We are thrilled to open the call for entries for Wscripted’s Third Cannes Screenplay List, in collaboration with our annual partner MUBI, to promote outstanding feature scripts by women and non-binary storytellers during the 2023 Cannes Film Market.
Applications are NOW OPEN for women and non-binary screenwriters and writer-directors with a feature screenplay in English or French language. The application deadline is March 31!
Wscripted’s Second Cannes Screenplay List was unveiled in Screendaily and highlighted a selection of 31 diverse screenplays by women to producers during 1:1 meetings at the Cannes Film Market.
We are excited to expand the impact of the Third Cannes Screenplay List by inviting a jury of 3 established filmmakers and an inaugural producing committee. Stay tuned for more details!

Pitch Producers Beyond Borders
Join Wscripted and EWA Networks for an inaugural Pitch Producers Beyond Borders event for filmmakers and screenwriters looking for international or European co-producers.
Filmmakers and Screenwriters interested in pitching during the event are welcome to apply before March 17th below:
This virtual 90 minute session opens with 9 pitches of 5 minutes, followed by 1-to-1 meetings of 10 minutes between selected talents and producers.
